Paper Submission

  1. Papers should be written in English or Turkish.
  2. All paper submissions will be made electronically via the conference paper submission system. Click for the paper submission system
  3. The deadline for paper submission is 20 November 2022.
  4. All accepted papers will be published in the booklet with the ISBN number. In addition, the papers selected by the scientific committee will be published in TR Index or Indexed journals.
  5. Author information of the submitted papers will not be known by the referees of the papers; Likewise, the referee information will not be known to the paper authors (Double-blind review). For this reason, the papers to be sent should be prepared anonymously. Papers that are not anonymous (containing information revealing the identity of the author) will be rejected.
  6. The authors, while referring to their previous work, “as we developed before … [3]”, etc. Instead of expressions such as “… is developed earlier [3].”, expressions should be used. A relevant source in the bibliography section:
    “[3] Details are hidden under the double-blind privacy policy.” should be presented in the format.
  7. In addition, the format properties of the paper template should not be changed and the content rules should be followed in the submission of the paper.
  8. During the paper evaluation period (20 November- 30 November 2021), any text substantially similar to the paper content should not be sent or sent to any other conference or workshop.
  9. The maximum number of pages for a paper is five.

  12. After peer-review, accepted and submitted oral papers may be published in the following journals.


Paper Format Rules

  • Do not use References, Symbols, Special Characters, or Math in Paper Title or Abstract.
  • The paper should be organized into two columns.
  • Times or Times New Roman fonts should be preferred for the paper. The font of the main text part generally should be in 10 pt size. The minimum font size for all text should be 7.5 pt. Further information is embedded inside the paper formats.
  • All tables and graphs should be readable and of high quality.
  • Page numbers should not be used.
  • The file size of paper in PDF format should not exceed 8 MB.
  • All content should be inside a 185 mm x 235 mm area. Regarding this, measures for the A4 paper size presented below should be used.
  • Page top margin should be 20 mm and the bottom margin should be 42 mm.
  • Left and right margins should be 13 mm.
  • Column width should be 89 mm and the gap between columns should be 7 mm.
  • Before submitting the paper, it is recommended to double-check the format of the paper by printing the paper on a white sheet. In the case of template usage, changing the paper sizes is generally not necessary.
